Recently I had been to Bhubaneshwar and happened to visit the Market Unit 1 and Unit 2 complexes.  Though the complex has avenue for two-wheelers, the authorities of the BMC have installed barricades in the middle of the road, thus avoiding parking of vehicles. They have also installed fountains and benches to sit for the benefit of customers who visit the market complex.

It would be feasible if the same type of barricades are installed in our city also at vantage places to avoid vehicle parking and enhance the beauty of the lane.  Hope the authorities will think over this.
