Mysore/Mysuru: The D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation has invited online applications from eligible candidates belonging to backward class communities for imparting skill development training through a short-term course offered at Government institutions like ITIs, GTTC and KGTTI.

Candidates aged between 18 and 25 years and those who are coming under D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation, Karnataka Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Development Corporation, Karnataka Madiwala Machideva Development Corporation, Karnataka Savitha Samaja Development Corporation, Karnataka Vishwakarma Communities Development Corporation, Karnataka Uppara Development Corporation, Nijasharana Ambigara Chowdaiah Development Corporation, Karnataka Veerashaiva-Lingayat Development Corporation, Karnataka Maratha Communities Development Corporation and Karnataka Vokkaliga Community Development Corporation (barring Kadugolla and Hattigolla) can apply. Candidates must have a pass in SSLC, PUC, Diploma, any Degree or Engineering course. There will be no limit in the annual income for those candidates belonging to Category-1 while for those belonging to Categories  2A, 3A and 3B must not exceed more than Rs. 8 lakh.
