Ranganath will be present, former Hanur MLA Parimala Nagappa guest of honour; Competition for women, titled ‘Samskrithiya Samrakshakalagi Mahile’ (Woman as preserver of culture), Vishvavidyalaya, Lashkar Mohalla Branch, Irwin Road, 6.30 pm.
