Sreenivasa Prasad was sacked for raising voice against corruption: Ananth Kumar

April 3, 2017

Maintaining that V. Sreenivasa Prasad was sacked for raising voice against corruption, Union Minister Ananth Kumar said that the Siddharamaiah Government in the State had done little for Dalits.

Addressing a poll rally at Mullur in the taluk yesterday, Ananth Kumar said that the Nanjangud voters were disillusioned with the Congress Government and wanted Yeddyurappa-led BJP Government in the State.

Ananth Kumar said that BJP candidate V. Sreenivasa Prasad’s victory will ensure real development of the constituency.

Opposition leader Jagadish Shettar said that the Siddharamaiah Government had failed to work for the upliftment of Dalits and oppressed sections of the society. Asserting that it was the previous BJP Government that had implemented permanent drinking water scheme covering 124 villages in the taluk, Shettar alleged that the congress Government had failed miserably in even providing basic amenities to the people.

Former Ministers Murugesh Nirani and V. Somanna, former MLC C. Ramesh and others were present.

Mr Ananth Kumar-Sreenivas Prasad has not been sacked for his raising his voice against corruption, but his poor performance.
He has represented as an MLA and MP. But his performance is pathetic and continues to be so.
So please do not brag anything in public meetings.
