Sri Devi Navarathri Celebrations at Sri Ganapathy Ashram

Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Ashram, Mysuru, has organised Sri Devi Navarathri Celebrations from Oct. 15 to 25 at Nada Mantapa in the Ashram premises on Ooty Road in the presence of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji and Sri Datta Vijayananda Theertha Swamiji.

Daily events from Oct. 15 to 24

8 am:     Mangala Vadya, Suprabhata, Ashram Daily Prayers and Ganapati Homa.

9 am: Sri Devi Utsava, Kumari Puja, Sri Chakra Puja, Navavarana Puja and Music concerts.

12 pm: Annarchana, Devi Puja and Homa Purnahuti.

4 pm: Maha Mangalarati, Dolotsava and Suvasini Puja.

6 pm: Devi Bhajans and discourse by Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji.

Oct. 16 (Monday): Karnatak Vocal by Vid. R.P. Shravan.

Oct. 17 (Tuesday): Karnatak Flute by Vid. J.B. Shruti Sagar.

Oct. 18 (Wednesday): Karnatak Violin Duet by Vid. Lalgudi G.J.R. Krishnan and Vidu. Lalgudi Vijayalakshmi.

Oct. 19 (Thursday): Hindustani Vocal by Vidu. Kalapini Komkali.

Oct. 20 (Friday): Hindustani Vocal by Vid. Siddhartha Belmannu.

Oct. 21 (Saturday): Karnatak Veena by Vidu. Punya Srinivas.

Oct. 22 (Sunday): Hindustani Santoor by Vid. Rahul Sharma.

Oct. 23 (Monday): Karnatak Vocal by Vid. Popuri Gowrinath.

Oct. 24 (Tuesday): Karnatak Whistle by Vid. Siva Prasad  and Sugama Sangeeta by Vid. R. Raju.
