Sri Raghavendraswamy’s 346th Aradhana Mahotsava Cultural programmes

Mysuru: As part of Sri Raghavendraswamy’s 346th Aradhana Mahotsava, various pujas, abhishekas and homas will be held at various Sri Raghavendraswamy Mutts in city from Aug. 8.  

Following cultural programmes have also been organised to mark the occasion:

At Sri Raghavendraswamy Brindavan Sannidhana, Subbarayanakere

Aug.8 Cultural programmes will be inaugurated by G. Ravi, MD, Siri Channel, Mysuru, at 6.30 pm; Devotional songs by Raghavendra Ratnakara at 7 pm; Daasara Pada recitation by R.M. Sumanth Vashishta, Sannidhana premises at 8 pm.

Aug.9 Devaranama recital by Ruchita Rajesh at 7 pm; Karnatak Music by Rashmi V. Rao and troupe at 8 pm.

Aug.10 Karnatak Classical Music by Aparna and troupe at 6 pm; Karnatak music by R.C. Vijesh at 8 pm.

Aug. 8 Bhajans by Sri Satyadhyana Bhajana Mandali at 5.30 pm; Dasavani by Vid. Puttur Narasimha Nayak at 6.30 pm.

Aug. 9 Classical music by Kaustubha at 5.30 pm; Flute recital by Vid. Mysore Chandan Kumar at 6.30 pm.

Aug. 10 Bhajans by Sri Swara Bhajana Mandali at 5.30 pm; Classical Music by Vid. Sandeep Narayan at 6.30 pm.

Aug. 11 Vocal recital by Spurthi Manjunath at 5.30 pm; Veena recital by Vid. Balu Masti at 6.30 pm.

At Sri Guru Raghavendra Aradhana Samithi, Dattagalli 3rd Stage

Aug.8 Discourse by Sri Adya Govindacharya at 6 pm; Hinstani Classical Music by Pt. Balachandra Nakod at 6.30 pm. He will be accompanied by B. Somashekar on harmonium and Raghavendra Nakod on tabla.

Aug.9 Karnatak Classical Music by Dr. Parashuraman and troupe at 6.30 pm; Hindustani Classical Music by Vaishnavi Hangal at 8 pm. She will be accompanied by Prabhu Sonna on harmonium and Bhimashankar Bidanur on tabla.

Aug. 10 Hindustani Classical Music by Pt. Shankar Shanbhag at 6.30 pm; He will be accompanied by Sriram Bhat on harmonium and Ramesh Dhannur on tabla.

At Sri Krishnadhama, Saraswathipuram

Aug.8 Devotional songs by Divya Sachchidananda at 6 pm.

Aug.9 Sugama Sangeetha by Kavita Kamath at 6 pm.

Aug. 10 Ganasudhe by Katyayini Sundaresh at 6 pm.
