Teachers get tips on life skills at Chinmaya Vidyalaya event

Mysuru: Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Jayalakshmipuram, had organised a teachers training programme at its Prayer Hall here recently.

B.G. Usha, Correspondent, Green Heart International Centre for Yoga & Counselling and Dr. Usha Surendra, Professor, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, NIEIT, were the chief guests.

B.G. Usha spoke about life skills and how to maintain good health, did an activity on emotions and how to develop positive attitude.

Dr. Usha Surendra spoke about the importance of moral science and moral teaching.

K. Mangala welcomed.  The programme was attended by Pushpa, Shruthi, Dakhsayini, Head Mistress of Primary Section, Gopala Krishna Joshi, Head Master of High School Section.

Poornima Bhat,  Assistant Mistress, compered. Shakunthala, Assistant Mistress, rendered the invocation. On the occasion, games, quiz and other activities were conducted to all the teachers and prizes were distributed. Motivational video clippings were screened to all those present.
