Temporary stoppage of Trains at Arsikere continues

Mysuru: Railways has decided to continue two minute temporary stoppage at Arsikere on experimental basis for Train No. 12629/12630 Yesvantpur – Hazrat Nizamuddin – Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly Sampark Kranti Express and Train No. 22685/22686 Yesvantpur – Chandigarh – Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly Sampark Kranti Express until further advise.

Train No. 12629 Yesvantpur – Hazrat Nizamuddin Bi-Weekly and Train No. 22685 Yesvantpur – Chandigarh Bi-Weekly Sampark Kranti Express will arrive Arsikere at 16:18 hrs and departs at 16:20 hrs.

Train No. 12630 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly and Train No. 22686 Chandigarh – Yesvantpur Bi-Weekly Sampark Kranti Express will arrive Arsikere at 03:13 hrs and departs at 03:15 hrs.

Permanent augmentation

Railway has decided for permanent augmentation with one AC-3 Tier coach and one Second Class Sleeper coach for Train No. 17225 Vizayawada – Hubballi Amaravathi Express with effect from Jan.26 and Train No. 17226 Hubballi – Vizayawada Express with effect from Jan.27.

The Train No. 17225/17226 Vizayawada – Hubballi – Vizayawada Amaravathi Express will have the revised composition of one AC 2-tier coach, two AC 3-tier coaches, seven Second Class Sleeper coaches, five General Second Class coaches, two Luggage-cum-Brake Van with disabled friendly coach.

Replacement of coaches

Railway has decided for replacement of one AC 2 Tier Coach with one AC First Class cum AC 2 Tier Coach for Train No. 16581 Yesvantpur – Shivamogga Town Tri-Weekly Express with effect from Feb.3 and Train No.16582 Shivamogga Town – Yesvantpur Tri-Weekly Express with effect from Feb.4.  

The Train No. 16581 Yesvantpur – Shivamogga – Yesvantpur  Town Tri-Weekly Express will have the revised composition of one AC First Class cum AC 2 Tier Coach, one AC 3-tier coaches, six Second Class Sleeper coaches, four General Second Class coaches, two Luggage-cum-Brake Van with disabled friendly coach.

Opening of new Station

Railway has decided for providing two minutes stoppage for Train No. 12504/12503 Agartala – Bengaluru Cantt. – Agartala Humsafar Express at new Karimganj Station with effect from Jan.24. Stoppage at Karimganj has been withdrawn with effect from Jan.24.

Train No. Train No. 12504 Agartala – Bengaluru Cantt. Humsafar Express will reach New Karimganj at 09:00 hrs and depart at 09:02 hrs on every Tuesday and Train No. Train No. 12503 Bengaluru Cantt. – Agartala Humsafar Express will reach New Karimganj at 23:28 hrs and depart at 23:30 hrs on every Sunday, according to a press release from the  Chief Public Relations Officer, South Western Railway, Hubballi.
