Two-day Jalapathotsava at Gaganachukki from Sept. 14

The two-day Gaganachukki Jalapathotsava will be held on Sept. 14 and 15 between 11 am and 10.30 pm at Gaganachukki Falls located in Malavalli.  The event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, Agriculture and Mandya District in-Charge Minister N. Cheluvarayaswamy, Tourism Minister H.K. Patil, Kannada & Culture Minister Shivraj Tangadagi and CESC Chairman and Srirangapatna MLA Ramesh Babu Bandisiddegowda will be present on the occasion. Malavalli MLA P.M. Narendraswamy will preside. Legislators Madhu G. Madegowda, Dinesh Gooligowda, K. Vivekanand, P. Ravikumar, Darshan Puttannaiah, H.T. Manju and K.M. Uday, MySugar Chairman C.D. Gangadhar, Mandya Urban Development Authority Chairman Nayeem Khan and others will be present.
