ATME Boys have won the VTU Rest of Bangalore Zone Inter-Collegiate Softball Championship 2017-18 for the fourth time in succession. Dr. L. Basavaraj, Principal and M.P. Muralidhar, Physical Education Director, ATME, are seen with softball team (standing): Chandru, Nandeesh, Hemanth, Vedith, Sachin, Goutham, Nithin, Vinay, Prashanth, Nischal and Anil and (Sitting): Karthik, Praful (Captain), Tiju Joseph (Vice Captian), Santhosh, Pavan, Adarsh, Jayanth and Pramath. The tournament was organised by  NIE-IT, Mysuru at the college campus. Final match was played between ATME and VTU PG Centre in which ATME won the match by 15-7 runs.
