Wrong vaccination info through SMS

December 8, 2021

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that we (myself and my wife Lalitha  Ranganathan) received the vaccination — the first dose on 2nd March 2021 at Apollo Hospital Mysuru and the second dose on 20th April 2021 at Aditya Hospital, Gokulam — and both were Covishield.

Duly through CoWIN we have downloaded the certificates.

Now in November 2021 we received SMS messages that we have been successfully vaccinated and the second dose for me was on 26th Nov. and my wife on 24th Nov.2021 at UPHC, Lashkar, Gandhinagar, Mysuru.

This information about the second dose is absolutely wrong and fake. I am not sure if someone is misusing our names for fraudulent purposes.

I would request the DC to check the authenticity of these messages. I have the relevant certificates issued in April 2021 as well as the recent ones.
