May 29, 2019

Saragur: A 19-year-old youth, who had gone to his family’s agricultural field on Monday night and was bitten by a snake, died when being shifted to the hospital.

The deceased youth is T.P. Umesh Kumar, son of T.P. Prakash, a resident of Puradasheddu village  in Saragur taluk.

On Monday night, Umesh  had gone to the field to keep a watch on wild boars as they used to destroy the crops. When he felt some pain on his leg, he switched on the torch in his phone, only to see a snake. He then ran to his house and informed his family members. Though Umesh was rushed to a private hospital, he breathed his last midway.
