125th birth anniversary celebrations of Piteel Chowdaiah: Violin duet at Krishna Gana Sabha

Mysore/Mysuru: The 125th birth anniversary celebrations of Piteel Chowdaiah has been organised by Sri Krishna Gana Sabha and Kannada & Culture Department, at Alwar Kala Bhavan in Gokulam on Jan.16 at 6 pm.

On the occasion, Dr. Mysore Manjunath and Mysore Sumanth Manjunath will present  a violin duet while Chartered Accountant A. Viswanath of Gokulam will unveil the portrait of Piteelu T. Chowdaiah.

The accompanying artistes  are Vid. Tumkur B. Ravishankar on mridanga  and  Vid. Giridhar Udupa  on  ghata.
