A book on Wadiyars

The Kannada book Janamanake Midida Hrudayavanta Arasaru, authored  by Dr. Geetha Seetharam, a noted playwright from Mysuru, was published by Sri Rachappaji Trust of Sri Varchasvi Srikanta Siddalingaraje Urs, grandson of Jayachamaraja Wadiyar, on July 18 on the occasion of Sri JC Wadiyar’s birth anniversary.

The book comprises two plays on the Wadiyars of Mysore. Dr. Geetha’s latest book was Malwa Samrajyada Rajayogini Ahalyabai Holkar, drawing inspiration from a TV serial and also by extensive researching.
