Sir,

Words are inadequate to describe your very thoughtful initiative to prove what International Women’s Day is, by making SOM an effective tool to publish interviews on Women’s Empowerment by your well-informed team of reporters.

This is, indeed, what the observation of Women’s Day means. Every woman who reads and understands her hidden power, which you have made her realise by revealing that, is Empowerment which she already possesses.

I believe in this meaningful celebration of the day, perhaps month-long, by publishing Empowerment interviews which have given me immense joy as a Gender Trainer at the ATI, Mysuru, for over five years.             

To quote Vinatta Rao, an Empowerment Facilitator, from SOM again: “An empowered mind is an unstoppable force. When women rise, society rises with them.” Hearty congratulations to Star of Mysore.
