Ajith Memorial U-16 Inter-School Cricket Tournament: Big win for Mahabodhi School

Mahabodhi School registered a three-wicket win over Marimallappa’s School in the final of Ajith Memorial (AM) U-16 Cricket Tournament organised by Mahabodhi School at Railway Sports Ground, VV Mohalla, here recently. Marimallappa’s School cricket team emerged runner-up.

The trophies and cash prizes were given away by the chief guest Dr. Mansoor Ahmed Khan, Mysore University Cricket Coach.

AM Cricket Tournament saw participation by 13 schools and among them 4 teams made to semi-finals.

Individual Awards

Highest wickets taker and Man of the match: D.K. Vinay (Mahabodhi School), Highest run scorer of series and Best player: S. Suman (Marimallappa’s School) and Likith S. Gowda (Marimallappa’s School).
