An appeal to South Kodagu MLA

August 28, 2020

Sir,

In these days of COVID-19, the Government Hospitals, specially in taluks, must have basic facilities like x-ray and oxygen.

But sadly they are not available for reasons (genuine or false) of repairs, non-supply or doctors on leave.

In such a situation, what should a poor labourer, with all the Government given cards like Aadhaar etc., do?

It is here our people’s representatives (MP and MLA) must act at least by ensuring that the poor labourer is given treatment when he/she goes to a Government Hospital and not sent back.
