The Department of Empowerment of Differently-Abled and Senior Citizens, under its family ID card for persons with disabilities project, has invited applications from differently-abled persons and to upload all relevant documents online including Aadhaar card, ration card, Unique Disability ID (UDID), document receipt, monthly pension letter and income certificate in the department website https://kutumba-apps.karnataka.gov.in/forms before Apr. 20.
