Bags Best Cadet Gold Medal at State-level NCC Camp

City girl Nellira Vismitha Bojamma, a 2nd PU Science student of Sree Cauvery  Educational Institutions, Kuvempunagar, has won the Best Cadet Gold Medal in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Inter-Group Competitions of Karnataka and Goa Directorate held at Bengaluru NCC Selection Camp for the 2019 Republic Day Parade.

Vismitha is a Cadet from the 3 KAR Girls Battalion, a Platoon based at Maharani’s Arts College, Mysuru. She had participated in the 2016 Republic Day Parade while studying in 9th std. in Kendriya Vidyalaya and this will be her second attempt, a rare opportunity.

Vismitha Bojamma is the daughter of Nellira Subash Somanna and Dhanu Dhamayanthi (Boliyadira) residing in Alanahalli, Mysuru. Somanna is retired from Para Military Force (CISF) while Dhamayanthi runs a boutique in Siddarthanagar.
