Ban orders around exam centres tomorrow

With the NEET-PG entrance exam scheduled to take place at two centres in city tomorrow (Aug. 3), Police have clamped prohibitory orders in 200 mts. radius around the exam centres from 6 am to 6 pm on Sunday. The centres are: ICON Digital Zone, IDZ Hebbal Jyothirgamaya Mansion, 299/D, Hebbal Industrial Area, Opposite Bharath Cancer Hospital and Chandana Resource Centre, Sathagalli KSRTC Bus Stand Complex, 3rd Floor, Mahadevapura Main Road.

Accordingly, barring the examinees and the exam staff, no other unauthorised persons will be allowed entry to the centres and carrying of objectionable articles around the centres is strictly prohibited.  Also, all photo copy shops and browsing centres in the vicinity of the exam centres are ordered to shut down for the day, according to a press release issued by the Office of the City Police Commissioner.
