C. Sheshachalam (96), Proprietor of Greens Hotel on Sri Harsha Road and a member of Mysore Race Club (MRC), passed away here yesterday.

A resident of Bazar Street in Nazarbad, he was one of those members who strived for the growth of MRC.

He leaves behind wife Premakumari, sons Mohanram and Murali, daughter Nalini and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
