As Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) has taken up its 2nd quarterly maintenance works at  66/11 KV Doddakere Maidan, there will be no power supply on Oct. 3 between 10 am and 5.30 pm in the following areas: Ramanuja Road 1st and 2nd Cross, Hosabandikeri, JSS Hospital, Agrahara, Basaveshwara Road, Chamundipuram, Thyagaraja Road, Chamundi  foothill, Gunduraonagar, Dattanagar, Muneshwaranagar, Gowrishankarnagar, Nanjangud Tollgate, Tavarekere, Jockey Quarters, Race Course, Sub-urban bus stand, Nazarbad, Ittigegud, Zoo area,  Govt. Guest House, Taluk Office, D. Devaraj Urs Road, B.N. Road, Siddarthanagar, Allanahalli surrounding areas, Girirdarshini Extension, Mysore Palace surroundings, Sri Harsha Road, Sayyaji Rao Road, Irwin Road, Dhanvanthri Road, Shivarampet and surrounding areas, according to CESC Executive Engineer, N.R. Mohalla Division.
