As part of its efforts to create voter awareness, Spandana Samskruthika Parishat, Mysuru, in association with Negilayogi Samaja Seva Trust, Mysuru, has proposed to conduct a Kavigoshti (Poets’ Meet), for which it has invited entries from poets / writers. Interested poets can send self-composed poems, not exceeding 20 lines, on issues concerning voting rights, compulsory exercise of franchise, election of good and responsive people representatives etc., to WhatsApp No.: 98802-64678 (writer Satish Javaregowda) before Mar.19. The Poets’ Meet is scheduled to take place at Negilayogi Maraleshwara Seva Bhavana, K.G. Koppal, at 4 pm on Mar.23.
