University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot, has invited entries from men and women horticultural farmers for presentation of Best Farmer Award – 2024. (one prize for each of the 24 districts coming under the University jurisdiction). Interested horticultural farmers can download the prescribed application form  from the University website: https://uhsbagalkot.karnataka.gov.in/  and the same must be submitted  along with supporting records at the Horticultural College, Yelachahalli, Yelwal, Mysuru taluk , before Nov. 5. The award will be presented during the three-day ‘Horticultural Mela-2024’ to take place at Bagalkot from Dec. 21 to 23, according to a press release.
