Maniyappa, Mysore University VC Prof. N.K. Lokanath inaugurates, Mysore University Registrar V.R. Shylaja chief guest, Babu Jagjivan Ram Studies, Research and Extension Centre Director Prof. R. Thimmarayappa presides, SC/ST Special Unit Special Officer Prof. N. Mahadevamurthy will be present, Babu Jagjivan Ram Studies, Research and Extension Centre auditorium, Manasagangothri, 11 am.
