Halse, Ethnotech Group CEO Dr. Kiran K. Rajanna, Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) Managing Director N.M. Nagaraj, KSOU Registrar Prof. Naveen Kumar and others will be present, KSOU Convocation Hall, Muktagangothri campus, Hunsur Road, 10.30 am.
