D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation (DUBCDC) has invited applications from candidates belonging to backward classes category 1, 2A, 3A and 3B (except for Vishwakarma, Uppara, Ambiga, Madivala, Savita, nomadic or semi-nomadic tribes and religious minorities) and working as delivery staff in e-commerce firms such as Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Amazon and others, to provide financial assistance of Rs. 25,000 to buy two-wheeler and assist them to avail loan for the remaining amount in banks and other financial institutions for the year 2020-21. Applicants (or if any of their family members) who have already received financial assistance from this scheme are not eligible to apply. Applications can had at DUBCDC office in their respective districts and submitted online (www.dbcdc.karnataka.gov.in). Apply online or offline along with documents before Dec. 19.
