Golden Tower for Chamundeshwari: Welcome suggestion

Sir,

This refers to the letter titled “Instead of Golden Chariot, why not a Golden Tower for Goddess Chamundeshwari at Hill Temple?” in Star of Mysore dated Nov. 26 by K.B. Ganapathy.

I thought the suggestion of having a Golden Tower for Goddess Chamundeshwari was a great idea. Views on this point are very welcome. I quite liked the statement, “Being a female, (she) would be thrilled to have a jewel of this kind to exhibit her glory.” Worshippers of the Goddess may find that line touching.

I hope the proposal will be accepted and implemented by the Hill Temple Authority.
