Mysore/Mysuru: The installation ceremony of the new team of Spoorthi – The Ladies Wing of Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre, for the year 2024-25 was held on Apr. 13 at a function held at Mysore Builders Charitable Trust (MBCT) Auditorium in Vishweshwaranagar here.

Dr.Shobha Rani, Panchayat Development Officer (PDO), who was the chief guest and Installing Officer, installed the incoming President RamadeviSrikanth and her team.

A.S. Yoganarasimha, Chairman, BAI Mysore Centre, who was the guest of honour, administered the oath of office.

Speaking on the occasion,  Ramadevi emphasised the need to address the issues related to construction industry and announced this year’s theme “Working Together Works” which was released by the chief guest Dr.Shobha Rani.

The new office-bearers of Spoorthi for the year 2024-2025 are as follows: President – RamadeviSrikanth; Immediate Past President –  RekhaYoganarashima; Vice-President – KavithaGururaj; Hon. Secretary –     Jahnavi Dinesh;  Hon. Treasurer – ShanthiBharadwaj.

Executive Committee Members: Reena Praveen Pal (PP), GeethikaDarera, Lalitha Mohan, RekhaPrakash, RoopashreeSheshadri.

Shwetha Dinesh rendered the invocation. Outgoing President RekhaYoganarasimha welcomed. Outgoing Hon. Secretary Shanthi C. Bhardwaj presented the annual report for 2023-24. Outgoing Hon. Treasurer RamyaLokesh handed over the accounts of the year 2023-24 to incoming Hon. Treasurer ShanthiBharadwaj. Jahnavi Dinesh, Hon. Secretary, proposed the vote of thanks.  Sandhya Dinesh compered.
