Mysuru:  Under the guidance of Sri Sumatinath Jain Moorthi Poojak Sangh and in the presence of Jain Acharya Sri Nayachandra Sagar Suriji, who is celebrating his Chaturmaasa in Mysuru at Mahaveer Bhavan, his shisya Muni Sri Archandra Sagarji has successfully completed 45 days of Upavas (staying without food, only on boiled water). 

To mark this occasion, a grand procession was organised from Sri Sumathinath Jain temple enroute Halladkeri, Lashkar Police Station, Ashoka Road, Clock Tower and culminated at Sri Mahaveer Bhawan. More than 3,500 people participated in the procession inaugurated by MLA S.A.Ramdas. Sangh President Ashok Jain spoke on the significance of the day.
