Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Vigneshwara Prasanna Bhaktha Mandali Marpadita Trust, Udayagiri,  will be conducting Sri Lakshmivenkataramanaswamy Kalyana Mahotsava at Sri Lakshmivenkataramanaswamy Temple on Rajapatha Road, Udayagiri, in city tomorrow (Sept.9).

The rituals will commence tomorrow at 8.30 am, following which Punyaha, Swastivachana, Ruthvik Varnane, Kalasha Sthapane and Mahasankalpa Prakarotsava will take place.

As part of Shravana masa, Sri Srinivasa Tiru Kalyana and Dhara Mahotsava will take place between 10.45 am and 11.15 am in Tula Lagna followed by Raja Homa, Poornahuti, Mahamangalarati and distribution of prasada.

Later in the evening, a grand procession of the deity will be taken out on the main thoroughfares of the locality at 6.30 pm, following which Shayanotsava will take place at 8.30 pm.

All rituals will be performed under the guidance of Chief Priest R. Raghunath. Trust President Chowdegowda, Vice-President B.N. Mahadevu, Working President Govindaraju, Secretary G. Dinesh, Assistant Secretary Rajashekar and Treasurer S. Manjunath will be present during the Kalyana Mahotsava.
