Nagaraj chief guest, President of Association of Food Scientists and Technologists India (AFSTI) Dr. V. Baskaran releases the Volume 2, 3 and 4 of ‘Namma Aahara Vignana,’ Dr. G.P. Muthuraj of Horticulture College, K. Rudresh,  Deputy Director of Horticulture Department and B.V. Satyendra Rao, Head of Technology Transfer and Business Development, CFTRI, will deliver technical lectures, Vice-President of Kannada Sahrudaya Balaga Dr. K. Venkatesh Murthy delivers valedictory address, IFTTC auditorium, CFTRI premises, 10.30 am.
