KSRTC’s special Dasara tour package from Oct. 1 to 10

Mysuru: Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will be facilitating special tour packages at subsidised fare for the benefit of tourists from across the world and State who come to see Dasara celebrations in Mysuru.

As every year, this year too special packages are exclusively for tourists who will be taken to places in and around Mysuru and religious shrines from Oct. 1 to Oct. 10 in KSRTC buses including Rajahamsa, Airavata, Airavata Club Class and Ambari Club Class buses.

The tour package includes Giridarshini, Jaladarshini and Devadarshini.

Giridarshini: Bandipur, Gopalaswamy Betta, Biligirirangana Betta, Nanjangud, Chamundi Hill. Bus fare: Rs. 400 for adults and Rs. 250 for children.

Jaladarshini: Golden Temple, Dubare Forest, Nisargadhama, Abbey Falls, Raja Seat, Harangi Reservoir, KRS. Bus fare: Rs. 450 for adults and Rs. 250 for children.

Devadarshini: Nanjangud, Talakad, Bluff, Mudukuthore, Somanathapura, Srirangapatna. Bus fare: Rs. 300 for adults and Rs. 175 for children.

Mysuru City illumination:  At 6 pm in Volvo bus. City Bus Stand to Palace Road, Suburban Bus Stand, LIC Circle, Bamboo Bazar, Railway Station Circle, JLB Road back to City Bus Stand. Bus fare: Rs. 200 for adults and Rs. 150 for children.

Mysuru Darshini – Volvo bus: Nanjangud, Chamundi Hill, Zoo, Palace, Srirangapattana, KRS. Bus fare: Rs. 400 for adults and Rs. 200 for children.

Madikeri Package: Nisargadhama, Golden Temple, Raja Seat, Harangi Reservoir, Abbey Falls. Bus fare: Rs. 1,200 for adults and Rs. 1,000 for children.

Ooty Package: Ooty Botanical Garden, Italian and Rose Garden, Boat House. Bus fare: Rs. 1,600 for adults and Rs. 1,200 for children.

Apart from Dasara illumination package bus, all other package buses will leave Mysuru early in the morning and return in the evening on the same day.
