I would like to bring to the notice of the citizens my latest and pleasant experience with the CESC ‘Dhanush’ team which swung into action to set right electrical problem on June 5, 2021 near BEML arch, Srirampura 3rd Stage.
Suddenly the power went off at around 9.30 pm. We waited for power to restore and even after restoration, we did not get the power in our house.
We suspected the problem with UPS but in vain. We went to meter board located in the ground floor. Alas we found that the meter is defunct.
The main culprit was the electric pole just opposite to our house. We immediately contacted 24×7 complaint division. The complaint was received by electrical staff and the lady staff immediately spoke to ‘Dhanush’ team at around 9.45 pm.
To our surprise the team arrived and changed the defunct fuse on the electric pole and the power came back. We heaved a sigh of relief.
I wish to thank the staff and technicians who attended to set right the problem and restored the power. I am indebted to the crew of CESC with positive attitude in this pandemic situation.
