Karthik (Kannada MA), Onim Bina Devi (Linguistics), Antaarade (Folk) and Lava (South Indian Studies), Dr. Vijayalakshmi Balekundri inaugurates, poet Siddappa Bidari chief guest, KIKS Director Prof. Nilagiri M. Talwar presides, B.M. Sri auditorium, KIKS premises, 10.30 am.
