Lalitha Krishna Shastry (82), retired teacher and a resident of S.N. Pandit Road near Uttaradi Mutt, passed away yesterday in city.

She leaves behind one daughter, one son, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill yesterday afternoon, according to family sources.
