Lemurrian Yoga course

Sri Ravishankar Guruji’s Art of Living has organised the first ever Lemurrian Yoga course in Mysuru. Lemurrian yoga is a unique yoga practice formulated several millennia ago by Tamil Siddars (Sages) of ancient Kumari Kandam (modern name Lemirrian continent). Anybody who is above 16 can practice this.

The Lemurrian Yoga course  will be held from Dec.11 to 15  (both in the morning and evening  batches) at the Art of Living Ashram on Lalithadripura Road.  Call Mob: 94480-48488 or 96633-76393.
