Maghamasa Snana and Sri Shaneshwara Puja Mahotsava on Feb. 16

Members of Vishwakarma community and Sri Shaneshwaraswamy Bhakta Mandali have organised ‘Maghamasa Snana’ and ‘Shaneshwara Puja’ rituals at the bathing ghat in Srirangapatna on Feb. 16 between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm.

Harikatha by Vid. Gangadharachar and Bilikere troupe has been organised followed by mahamangalarathi at 1 pm. Prasadam will be distributed to devotees near the bathing ghat.

On the occasion, Lions Blood Centre Jeevadhara will conduct a blood donation camp and free health check up camp. Devotees from Mysuru, Mandya, Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, Hassan among others are expected to participate in large numbers, according to a press release.
