Water scarcity has started and water is not being supplied to Aravindanagar properly for the past four days. MCC Commissioner had recently said that “Tanker Water will be arranged immediately in case of any crisis in any part of the city.”

But the worst part is that the Water Tanker of MCC is not equipped with required accessories. The driver of the Tanker doesn’t have a lengthy pipe to fill the sump and they only fill the sump which is near the gate of the house. Not all houses have sump near the main gate. Many houses have their sump around 30-40 ft. far from the gate. The driver of the Tanker cut a sorry figure and move to next house having sump near the gate. Is MCC so poor that it cannot provide lengthy pipes to the Tankers? In some cases the drivers keep lengthy foldable pipes and pretend not having, expecting households to pay money.

I sincerely request the MCC authorities to see that the Water Tanker is fully equipped so that the citizens are not put to unnecessary hardship.
