Mysuru: Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) Commissioner P.S. Kantharaju has been transferred to Bengaluru.

The Government on Monday posted Kantharaju as the Deputy Secretary of Bengaluru Urban Zilla Panchayat.

Katharaju had taken charge as the MUDA commissioner on Sept.25, 2017.

He had made efforts for acquisition of land for formation of Ballahalli Layout and played a key role in the distribution of sites in R.T. Nagar and Lalitadrinagar.
