Mysuru Girls Tennis Team wins bronze in Mini Olympics

Mysuru: The U-14 girls team from Mysuru won bronze medal in the Lawn Tennis Tournament held as part of 3rd Mini Olympics organised by Karnataka Olympics Association (KOA) at Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA) premises in Cubbon Park, Bengaluru, recently.

The team comprised Padmapriya Ramesh Kumar, Sanvi Prakash Rajpurohit, Rutvi Maheh, C. Hitha Raj and N. Yuktha.

Three medals for Padmapriya

Along with team bronze, Padmapriya has also won silver medal in Singles and partnered with Sanvi Prakash Rajpurohit to win a bronze medal in the girl’s Doubles event.

In the boy’s category, Mysuru’s Ishaayu Desai and Vachan Prasad partnered together to win a bronze medal in Doubles.

The boys team from Mysuru comprised Ishaayu Desai, Vachan Prasad, Siddanth, Daksha and Abdullah.
