As part of Akashvani’s 90th anniversary celebrations, Na. Kasturi Hasya Rasika Vrunda in association with Akashvani Mysuru will be organising Na. Kasturi Smaranotsava at Navajyothi Auditorium, JSS College of Women in city on Aug. 14 at 9.30 am, said Akashvani Mysuru Deputy Director S.S. Umesh.

Addressing the press persons at Pathrakarthara Bhavan here, he said ‘Koravanji Kasturi’, Na. Kasturi’s volume of writings published in Koravanji newspaper since 1942 and ‘Na. Kasturi: Baduku-Baraha’, research thesis of S. Hemanth Kumar would be released by Suttur Mutt Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji on the occasion.

Aparanji publisher M. Shivakumar, HMT former Chairman N. Ramanuja, writer K.C. Shivappa, Thinker Belur Ramamurthy, Y.V. Gundurao and Prof. M. Krishnegowda will speak on the occasion. Singer Nithin Rajaram Shastry and troupe will present a vocal recital of Na. Kasturi’s select poems.
