National Seminar on ‘Theatre’

The Karnataka Nataka Academy, Bengaluru, will be hosting a national seminar on theatre at KSGH Music and Performing Arts University auditorium, JLB Road, Lakshmipuram, Mysuru, on Aug. 24. District in-Charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate the programme at 10 am in the presence of actor, MLC Umashree and Karnataka Nataka Academy Chairman K.V. Nagarajamurthy.The event will feature two sessions, during which 7 subject experts will deliver lectures on 7 topics related to Theatre. Senior Playwright Dr. H.S. Shivaprakash will deliver the valedictory address. Music University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Nagesh V. Bettakote will preside. For details, contact Ph: 080- 22244176, according to a press release.
