Cattle-lifter held: One cow worth Rs. 40,000 rescued

Mysuru: Saraswathipuram Police, who had registered a case of cow theft on Sept. 17, have arrested a person on the same day who was walking with a cow in a suspicious manner near Sriranga Samudaya Bhavan in Anand Nagar here.
