The stipulated parking fee displayed at the entry/exit point in the basement of the Sub-Urban Bus Stand is not being adhered to by the parking contractor’s staff. They are charging motorists double the amount displayed, claiming that the chart  is outdated.

We hope that the KSRTC authorities concerned will address this issue to ensure passenger satisfaction. Additionally, clear markings should be provided for parking, as staff are currently dragging vehicles to fit in as many as possible. This often leads to damage and scratches, apart from making it difficult for owners to retrieve their vehicles.
