Sir,
Recently I have noticed a car coming from MCC Office side and going towards Albert Victor Road without taking the roundabout at K.R. Circle.
When I stopped and asked the driver why he did not take the roundabout when all other vehicles are following the rules, to my utter shock, I got a reply that the signal was showing right turn, hence, he took immediate right without a roundabout!
As per my knowledge where ever there is a Circle, we should take a right turn around the Circle, but not shown as in the photo.
Driving in this fashion is very dangerous especially at the busy K.R. Circle as signal jumping is very common even in the presence of Traffic Police or Traffic Wardens and we do not know which vehicle comes from which side!
I regularly see vehicles jumping red signal, although they stop a while sincerely, they move very fast and cross the line. Some others go straight when only left turn signal is on. In this situation, it is the responsibility of the drivers not to take a chance of getting hit by some other vehicle and instead follow the traffic rules.
