Photo-journalism, Short film making workshop

Mysuru District Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Photojournalism Academy and Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Maharani’s Arts College for Women, have jointly organised a 90-day Photo-journalism and Short film making professional training workshop from tomorrow (Aug. 10).

Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Karnataka State Director M.N. Nataraj and District Youth Officer Vinay Kumar will inaugurate the workshop tomorrow at 11 am at M. Jayalakshmammanni Auditorium of Maharani’s College. College Principal Prof. Srinivas will preside over the programme. Information and Public Relations Department Assistant Director T.K. Harish will inaugurate the Short film workshop. Senior journalists Amshi Prasanna Kumar and T.R. Satish will deliver special lectures, according to a press release.
