Post-matric hostel admission: Last date extended

The Backward Classes Welfare Department (BCWD), Mysuru, which had invited applications from students belonging to Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST) and other communities for admission to its post-matric girls and boys hostels, has extended the last date till Sept. 22.

The annual income of the family of the candidates belonging to Category-1 should be below Rs. 2.5 lakh while for Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and other backward classes must be not more than Rs. 1 lakh.  Eligible candidates must apply online by logging on to https://bcwd.karnataka.gov.in/english.
