Hunsur: S. Anand, Assistant Engineer, KPTCL, who was injured recently in a power mishap died on Friday.

The 43-year-old Anand had suffered serious burn injuries in a power mishap at a Power Distribution Centre on Dec. 9.

He was admitted to a private hospital where he succumbed to his burn injuries on Friday.

Anand leaves behind his parents, a brother, wife and two children. After the post-mortem at Hunsur General Hospital, Anand’s body was cremated at his farm same evening.
