As part of Kannada Rajyotsava and Children’s Day celebrations, as many as 61 children’s books written in Kannada and English by different authors, will be released at a programme organised by Samskruti Book Agencies at Vijayadhwaja Mantapa in Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala premises at Saraswathipuram at 11 am tomorrow (Dec. 7). Veteran Scholar Dr. T.V. Venkatachala Shastry will preside. Senior writer M.S. Narasimhamurthy, noted orator Prof. M. Krishnegowda and scholar Dr. B.S. Pranatarthiharan will be the guests of honour.
